We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your Agstya Grace purchase. If you are not, here’s everything you need to know about returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Return:
You must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product
Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact
Customized or intimate wear items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
2. How to Initiate a Return:
Contact customer support at support@agstyagrace.com or through our website form
Provide order details and reason for return
We will guide you on the return shipping process
3. Return Shipping Charges:
Return shipping is free for defective or wrong items
For other returns, shipping cost is borne by the customer
4. Refund Process:
Once we receive and verify the returned product, refund will be processed in 5 business days
Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method
5. Exchanges:
Currently, we offer refunds only. For exchanges, please place a new order.
